Local Pickup & Delivery
I offer free local pickup for all orders, and free delivery across Melbourne metro (and a bit beyond) — so if you're nearby, getting your piece to you won't cost you anything extra.
Further Afield
For deliveries outside the local zone, freight and courier charges will apply based on size, weight, and distance. Some items also have fixed shipping rates to major Australian cities, sent out through a local depot — so if you're in Sydney, Brisbane, or another capital, there's often a set rate rather than a quote-by-quote freight cost.
Custom & Fragile Items
Resin and timber pieces are handled with extra care in packing, but given the size and weight of some builds (river tables, wall arches, large furniture), freight costs can vary a fair bit — I'll always confirm the exact shipping cost with you before anything ships.
Damage in Transit
Every piece is checked and packed carefully before it leaves the workshop, but if something does arrive damaged, I need to know within 12 days of delivery so we can properly assess and process a claim. After that window, damage can still be discussed, but I can't guarantee a resolution — so it's worth checking your piece over as soon as it arrives.
Returns
Overstock/ready-made items: returnable within 21 days of delivery. A stocking fee may apply — happy to talk through this if you're considering a return.
Custom-built tables: covered by a 31-day window from delivery. Outside of this, returns are discussed on a case-by-case basis, and the customer covers return shipping unless the fault is on my end.
Deposits
Custom orders up to $1,800 — paid 100% upfront
Custom orders $1,800–$3,000 — 50% deposit
Custom orders over $3,000 — 75% deposit
Stock/overstock items — paid in full at purchase.
