At my full-time role, I handle high-level CNC operations, designing and cutting complex components, solving problems, and turning challenges into clean results - though I don’t deal directly with customers there.

At Outta Timber, I offer that same level of CNC expertise to the public.
From custom wall arches, heritage reproductions, and replacement components, to full one-off designs - if you’ve got something tricky or unique, I’m the one to bring it to life.

"Knowing that resin and timber makers often incorporate ammo, I wanted to take this concept to the next level. My experience with first-person shooter games inspired me to create something bold and iconic, leading me to the AK-47 as the centerpiece of my vision. I set out to find the perfect timber and came across Camphor Laurel, with its rich character and distinctive grain. Adding spent ammo casings brought a powerful sense of realism to the piece, combining artistry and authenticity in a way that honours both the material and the inspiration."

My Story: From Inspiration to Innovation

My creative journey began with a spark of inspiration from social media. Watching incredible designs shared by artists on Tik-Tok and other platforms, I was especially drawn to resin creators who combined coloured paper and resin to craft small decorative pieces. That concept stayed with me, but I saw the potential to take it to an entirely new level—fusing it with my own craftsmanship and the precision of CNC technology.

This vision led to the creation of the Paper Flower Coffee Table—a true statement piece made from 750 sheets of layered paper, CNC-carved into an intricate floral design. The sculpted layers give the table a uniquely textured appearance, captivating in both form and depth. Encased in crystal-clear resin, the final result is elegant, contemporary, and versatile—perfect for boutique flower shops, stylish cafés, modern offices, or as a conversation-starting centerpiece at home.

Encouraged by the success of that first design, I pushed the idea further with the Damascus Paper Table. Inspired by the flowing patterns of Damascus steel, this piece introduces a bold new aesthetic. By reimagining layered paper in an entirely different context, the table showcases both innovation and artistry. Its vibrant visual texture and striking colorwork create a compelling tactile illusion—proof that great design can emerge from the most unexpected combinations.

These creations are more than tables—they are an exploration of material, technique, and imagination.
